This excellent site’s focus is perimenopause. There are surveys and details from a diverse cohort of women.
Black Girls Guide to Surviving Menopause
The brainchild of Omisade Burney-Scott, this site links to her inspiring and informative podcast.
North American Menopause Society
The ‘grandma’ of menopause organizations in the USA, the site is full of evidence-based research, even though it’s a little challenging to navigate. They also host an important annual conference presenting the latest research on menopause.
Menopause Cafe
A fabulous initiative from the UK focusing on in-person meet-ups to encourage us to chat with each other about our experiences with menopause. It hasn’t really taken off in the USA, but some of the gatherings are virtual, and you can attend from anywhere you have wifi.
